Could the government's current efforts to "get" the two most popular leaders in Western Kenya (Gov. George Natembeya) and in Central Kenya (Former DP Rigathi Gachagua) be part of a wider scheme to "lock" Ruto into power for at least two years without an election? A real possibility based on the Kenyan constitution and the "trading floor" parliament.
