Well give it to one governor Ocampo (hate him, like him) the Argentine has rattled Kenya's ruling class like never before. Meanwhile the gullible Kenyan is still pitching for the tribal warlords.

Make no mistake, Ocampo's incessant media briefs is both political and legal. He is simply conditioning the leading suspects for a SUMMON-WARRANT transition in addition to preparing the masses. No amount of threats of violence will deter Lius-Moreno.
