Ruto's Secret With Museveni Against Kieleweke
A sudden visit to Uganda by Kenyan Deputy President Dr. William Ruto to preside over the launch of the William Ruto leadership institute at Makerere has tongues wagging and Kenyans not quite sure what to make of it. The truth is that DP Ruto and the Ugandan dictator have a long history that should be most instructive to Kenyans and those trying to analyze the politics.
