Kangata BBI Letter: Did Uhuru Actually Authorize The Leakage To The Press

DP Ruto ally and Uasin Gishu Women's Rep, Gladys Boss Shollei claims that the Irungu Kangata letter that has caused a political storm was deliberately leaked to the press by team Kieleweke insiders. The motive is to pave the way for the president to exit the BBI. How true is this, especially bearing in mind the contradicting signals that have been coming from team Tanga Tanga?
