Stranger things have happened in Kenya. When Dr. Dr Johansen Oduor briefed the press on his findings on the Sergeant Kipyegon Kenei case, many were puzzled. He was too brief and he talked in general terms. It seemed that he was at pains not to disclose anything that would discount the theory that is still being aggressively peddled from certain quarters. What does this latest development tell us?
