There are not many Kenyans who have the unique distinction of being both a Member of Parliament and a prominent judge. And even fewer who become MP at the tender age of 28. But all those distinctions belong to Justice (rtd) Jackson Kasanga Mulwa who died at the Nairobi Hospital yesterday (16th March 2015).

Mr Mulwa, was Makueni MP (1969-1983) and has been in hospital since January when he suffered a stroke.
