Most Kenyans are unaware that President Ruto's biggest strength (for a long time) which has enabled him to reach where is today. Which enabled him to out-fox President Uhuru Kenyatta, Raila and the system is having allies and friends everywhere and especially in places where nobody can ever guess.
With that information we now know how it was possible that Uhuru Kenyatta the president of the Republic of Kenya at that time was completely kept in the dark as to what was happening right under his nose in the run-up to that 2022 general election.
We now have the answer to that disturbing jigsaw puzzle. The explanation is Ruto had his people hidden in key and very powerful positions everywhere. And that's how he pulled it off.
Now, there's something worth emphasizing here.
The result was that the previous Director General of NIS Philip Kamweru ended up failing in his chief responsibility of executing a successful exit strategy for President Uhuru Kenyatta. That plan ofcourse revolved around a Raila Odinga presidency. And the reason for his failure was most likely powerful officers below him working for Ruto who kept him in the dark.
