What Does Surprise Uhuru Directive Mean?President Uhuru Kenyatta's directive to chiefs to ensure that all school going children are back in school by January 4th 2021 when schools in Kenya are set to reopen takes many Kenyans by surprise. Actually it raises many questions, more so as restrictions remain and some of them touch on the ability of parents to facilitate the return of young ones to school. Which explains the need for enforcement by the government. What is really going on here?
