BBI Report Unveiled As Ruto Skips It All
Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta receive the final BBI report in Kisii thus setting the stage for the heated debate that is sure to follow. And political interests and motives will unfortunately be more important than the real impact of some of the proposals on the lives of ordinary Kenyans. But why did Ruto skip it all?
