Ruto skips COVID-19 conference, Much Speculation: What Political Implications?
In the official programme by State House, DP Ruto was to speak after former Prime Minister Raila Odinga at the COVID conference presided over by President Uhuru Kenyatta and then invite the President to make his remarks. What really happened? What does it mean?
