Reopening Schools: Very Complicated
It was widely expected that in his address to the nation on Monday President Uhuru Kenyatta would have reopened schools. More so because teachers had last week been asked to report to their schools. So why did Uhuru suddenly back-track? What is the real story behind the polished speech?
