They said the Raila push for a referendum (reggae) could not be stopped. And when things came to a halt because of the global crisis, we were told "reggae" had only been paused. But now "reggae" faces its' toughest test yet right inside the national assembly which seems to be filled with political bobby traps and even a clone of the very original referendum bill itself.
