What Is Going On In Central Province?

For the first time since Kenya returned to multi-party democracy in 1992, Central province do not have a major presidential candidate in the forthcoming polls. This has made it very difficult to read the politics in this region. However it is emerging that the tactics of DP Ruto in the region to win support and hopefully votes is as old as from the 1960s. Still it appears to be working... or is it?
