Where else in the world would traffic policemen be so daft? How do you handcuff a lorry driver to the steering wheel and then order them to drive to a police station? What were the cops thinking? The handcuffed driver in Meru, Kenya then caused an accident where a precious life was lost. The lorry actually lost control and overturned.
From traffic offence to murder, now who should be charged in court and which of those crimes committed deserves the harsher penalty?
