Gideon Moi suddenly announces interest and is cleared by his own KANU party to vie for senator of Baringo in the upcoming November 27th by elections. This has completely taken State house and their well laid plans by surprise. And it is all further complicated by how deep and mysterious this Gideon Moi and William Ruto rivalry is and the puzzle of why President Moi stubbornly refused to see Ruto until the very end. It is all very relevant to the battle royale in Baringo that will start shortly.
