What recently happened on the floor of the senate was NOT supposed to have happened. A senator then made fun of MP Oscar Sudi. And there were tell-tale signs all over the place suggesting what happened. It is not often that instructions from State house are ignored, so what went wrong this time round? And what grave consequences does it bear for the current regime going forward?
