Has BBI Been Postponed?
Three events in Kenyan politics all happened very recently at around the same time. There was a storm in parliament over the new composition of committees between ODM and State house, Raila Odinga left the country for what we were told was minor surgery and the President shelved the long-anticipated major cabinet reshuffle that was expected to reflect the Wiper party, KANU and CCM joining government. Are the three dramatic developments linked?
