No suspect in the ongoing Sharon Otieno murder investigations who is not linked to Governor Okoth Obado has been arrested so far. All can be linked back to the governor. This is significant and this is what it means. HINT; This is why investigators have now said that this is a clear-cut case that will conclude shortly with a major arrest.
