Fimbo Ya Kalonzo

While campaigning in the Rift Valley province, presidential aspirant Kalonzo Musyoka was spotted carrying a Fimbo-ya-Nyayo-like stick around with him.

So what does this mean? Critics of the presidential aspirant will quickly point to this being a clear message that Kalonzo wants to usher in another Nyayo era, or is it error? Staunch supporters of the fomer Kanu kingpin will tell us that it is the statesmanship qualities in Kalonzo coming out. Similar to one of his role models, the original fimbo-carrying campaigner, one Daniel Arap Moi.

Keen analysts will tell you that one of the most important things a winning presidential candidate must do to convince the masses to vote for them is to look presidential. Another presidential aspirant, pastor Pius Muiru tried to do it by stage-managing a carefully choreographed sequence that appeared on the national TV news of him being welcomed with flowers and traditional dancers followed by a motorcade exit.

Have Kalonzo's handlers opted for the rungu he was seen carrying around somewhere in the Rift Valley this week?

A Little creativity made Kenyan man $1,000 in daily profits

This woman has never heard sex, the reason will shock you.

  1. U will always associate everything Kalonzo does with Moi. U live in self denial that the man can do his own stuff and still be the man to beat. This is not uhuru Kenyatta or some other green horn [picked by moi. Had it been Kalonzo with the hummer,This blog would be full with propaganda and insinuations that Moi actually bought it for him. When Kalonzo demanded an end to the one man show in odm insisting the party belonged to the masses u people were quick to point out how Moi's hand loomed large there. It was obvious there were people with dictatorial tendencies and this is not in the best interest for Kenya. Wait untill u become president and then u will dictate to us but we will never allow dictatorship from someone attempting to unseat a president who got 300% the votes u got ten years ago.
About mambo ya fimbo, I am hearing for the first time that it makes u look presidential. I highly doubt Musyoka is one of those old fashioned people who will want to cause a storm out of nothing. U do not carry sand when u are going to the beach,do you? 8 months is not a long time and I am sure kalonzo doesnt need to buy a limousine or carry a rungu to cheat anybody that he is president.

  2. Not to set any fires but what has Kalonzo ever done for Kenyans. I mean there's evidence that the guy is corruptible, he's not Moi's son but... He's only "strong" points are handsomeness and I guess that he's Christian. Plus the guy has never stood on his own feet... even at this time he's reluctantly being presented by Kamba tycoons. I mean the guy takes good pictures and looks great in a pin striped suit.. still I rather a man with balls..albeit squeezed.
