ReplyDeleteIn '02 when i went to cast my vote, i was given the civic, MP and President ballot papers ... was required to mark a cross sign and put that paper in the ballot box. That is why I said that i will only vote (meaning put a mark) to the councilor and MP ... then for the president i will leave it blank if no other presidential candidate will be in the picture.
