Shocker: Kenei Wanted Out Of DP Office Months Earlier
It appears that Sergeant Kipyegon Kenei was so well liked by the Deputy president that Ruto allies envied him. In fact as a result, Kenei even applied to be transferred out of the office. All this happened some months back. But what links does it have to what ended up happening? And what caused Kenei's dad to make a passionate plea to DP Ruto when he condoled with the family recently?
