Dirty Secrets Uhuru and Raila Don't Want You To Ever Know.

Excerpts from the Kumekucha book;

On Raila

Raila has been very smart about hiding his corrupt deals and because of this there has been a lot of desperation to prove his corrupt ways. And extremes like the one of the man I have just talked about are common.

The truth is that the man is a typical Kenyan politician and all typical Kenyan politicians use corruption through their high offices to raise cash for themselves and for their political campaigns. They also use dirty tactics for political gain. That should NOT be news to anybody.

Remember the maize scandal that caused a censure motion to be tabled in parliament against William Ruto? Raila Odinga was bang in the middle of that scandal. Caroli Omondi, the PM’s private secretary and PS in the PM’s office then, Mohamed Isahakia were both deeply involved and made millions from that maize scandal. One of the dark mysterious companies that imported maize at the time was directly connected to Caroli and a South African based businessman called Ahmed Kassam. Kassam has always had very close business ties with Raila. This is a perfect example of how a person uses their office to create a massive profit generating venture from nothing.

But what made matters worse was the fact that Maize is the staple food of Kenyans and therefore this scheme was making money out of the misery of Kenyans because the prices were inflated and at one point chapati in Kenya was much cheaper than Ugali because of the big difference between high maize flour prices and wheat flour prices.

But what is even worse is the list of names of people who were granted allotment letters in that Raila-Ruto deal to profit from maize from the National cereal and produce board (NCPB) that had been declared unfit for human consumption. Miraculously many of the names on the list were never mentioned in parliament when legislators attempted to pass the censure motion against Ruto. Those names included those of Raila’s daughter Rosemary Akeyo and numerous other close family members of Raila (fully listed in the book).

On Uhuru

My sources told me fairly early on that Museveni had convinced Ruto that two ICC suspects could indeed be elected president and deputy president of Kenya and nothing much would happen. Especially if they (the two ICC suspects) played their cards right.

Ruto is no fool or amateur in the game of politics and he quickly convinced the powerful house of Mumbi operatives close to Kibaki that the fate of the community and especially that of Uhuru at the ICC could not be trusted to “outsiders.” More importantly he convinced the president’s mother, Mama Ngina Kenyatta.

The truth is that initially there was plenty of doubt about a Uhuru presidency from many quarters within the Kibaki administration. All expert analysts agreed at the time that having ICC suspects as president and deputy president was irresponsible and would place Kenya in an impossible situation. Besides the country had already had two Kikuyu presidents out of a total of 3, would the country accept a third Kikuyu president in four?

Ruto took matters into his own hands and started inciting Uhuru’s powerful Kikuyu supporters on the ground. He told them to reject any idea of Uhuru handing over the reigns of power to somebody else. He then went on to leak the top secret legal agreement between Uhuru and Mudavadi.

And Ruto’s timing was intricate. He left it to the last minute when powerful people including president Kibaki were still mulling over the possibilities and the consequences that would come with them.

The One Million Shilling Election Question (Video)

Mageria Kumekucha: I have a very simple question to ask. Would those 128,000 votes have won the elections for your god?

Chris Kumekucha: I really do not care who wins the elections as long as they win it fair and square. Unfortunately in Kenya people do not win elections, they fix them and then hoodwink the public.

Mageria Kumekucha: Can you prove your statement Chris? Do you have evidence?

Chris Kumekucha: Actually I do. Plenty of it. In my books "Mystery Monday" and "2017 Elections: This is what is set to happen".

Mageria Kumekucha: You did not get me. I did not ask for unverified propaganda, I asked for hard evidence.

Chris Kumekucha: And then there is the 128,000 double registration Isaak Hassan kept under wraps. Is that unverified propaganda too?

Mageria Kumekucha: Why JUBILEE Will Win In August Bila Jasho Nyingi

Let me start by introducing myself.

I have been asked by Chris Kumekucha to be writing the JUBILEE political point of view in Kumekucha from today until after the elections. I am an experienced journalist who has worked in Kenya and other countries for many years.

My day for writing in Kumekucha will be Thursdays, like today, but on other days when there is hot breaking news, you will also see my writing. I will also be contributing daily to the elections update so please join the yahoogroup if you haven't already. Join by sending an email to
2017elections-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

Chris Kumekucha's initial idea was that I write on the same page as he writes that Raila propaganda. I declined. Respectfully.

Let me start by thanking Chris for his great wisdom. Today as you read this the majority of Kenyan voters do not have any good political analysis to read. Raila has taken over the entire media, blogs, newspapers, social media etc. and everything is in support of the opposition and their agenda. I will ask you later what the opposition has done for you and I hope you will be able to tell me. Anyway, I reluctantly accepted to include the word "Kumekucha" in my byline (My pen name shall be Mageria Kumekucha and you can see my real photograph ABOVE). Why reluctant? Because I do not want to be seen as a Kumekucha Chris stooge.

I trust that Chris Kumekucha with his great reputation in Kenyan political writing spread right across the globe will keep his word to me to allow me "total freedom to write anything I want." Those were his exact words. I say this because I am going to say some things today that I am sure he will not like.

Going through the tons of Kumekucha writings and books over the last 2 weeks, I came across one book that he has hidden very well which openly shows why Uhuru and JUBILEE will win in August. If the man is truly impartial and non-partisan in his writing, why has he hidden this great story so well? Focusing instead on fictional rigging stories fed to him by Raila people?

Anyway I am here now and everything that has been hidden shall now be exposed and shouted from roof tops.

Here is a very important lesson, again it is in many Kumekucha blog posts about what kind of person makes a good leader. Good leaders are not people who fight for leadership day and night. President Uhuru never wanted to be president and it is written in black and white in this Kumekucha book I found very well hidden titled What Jomo Told Moi About Uhuru. Even his father before him, Jomo never wanted to be President. However Jaramogi Oginga Odinga fought to be president until all his teeth were falling out and he was begging Moi for just a small chance to seat on that seat.

That is just one reason why Uhuru will win very easily in August and shock many people. Take my word for it, there will be no round 2.

Raila, as you all know has been campaigning daily, every minute, every hour to be president since a long time ago. He even attempted to get the presidency by violent means in 1982. I know Raila people are already fuming but the truth is that I am writing nothing but facts here.

If you are wise, be very afraid of people who fight to be your leaders.

But let me spare that big pretender today and focus on something every Kenyan voter needs to know about the Uhuru presidency. It is an amazing story, written by Chris Kumekucha himself which he chose to put under lock and key until I came along and found it.

It is the story of how Jomo became president and it touches very much on Uhuru and his current presidency.

Young Jomo when he was about 9 years old was an orphan and already looking after his younger brother who was barely two years old. Thrown out by his step father, he walked for many days before reaching his maternal grandfather's house. He arrived when it was raining very hard and he and his small brother stood at the door drenched in rain. As he stood outside the hut his grandfather saw him for the first time since he was born. Being a man who could see beyond the physical he told the shivering boy that he was destined to be a great leader and that great leadership was in him and his seed.

Now, in my next post I will open your eyes to the amazing and unprecedented achievements of the Uhuruto administration within such a short time. I urge CORD people to put their emotions aside and just use their brains to carefully consider and analyze what I have to say and then make an informed and honest judgment for themselves. I will also tell you Raila secrets you have never heard of that will reveal the true character and nature of this man. No propaganda, only facts!

For now let me urge Kenyan voters to put aside their hatred of the Kikuyu and just use their brains. Not their hearts. To analyze and consider the truth and facts. Please ladies and gentlemen let us stick to the cold facts, and not manufactured stories and rumours that have no evidence to back them.

Until that next time I would urge you to get a copy of that book What Jomo Told Moi About Uhuru. I promise you that your blind eyes will be opened. Here are some of the things you will learn and get very amazed, I promise you;

1) Relationship between Uhuru and his mother (the very first lady Kenya had). And why she is still his chief advisor to this very minute and why she is very qualified for that job.

2) How Uhuru was brought up to be president from day one.

3) How Moi heard about the Magana prophecy for the very first time and why he took it so seriously many years after Jomo had died.

4) Secrets of the Kenyatta family you have never heard of as well as the lies that people have told and why.

5) Get to know who Mama Ngina Kenyatta really is. Our media here in Kenya has no idea.

Could Raila's Claims About NIS Involvement In Rigging 2017 Be True?

Today's Standard newspaper has published an article making some claims that will sound very familiar to all those who have read my book Elections 2017: This is what is set to happen.
Kindly note that this is NOT a I-TOLD-YOU-SO post. Rather it is an election update by a very concerned patriotic citizen of the republic of Kenya to keep everybody (even those who do not have the book) informed on developments that are NOT good for our country (whatever side of the political divide you belong).

As I told one of my avid readers this morning, if I end up being proved very wrong and our elections go like clockwork I will be the happiest man in Kenya. And I will happily eat humble pie and apologize to Kenyans for being alarmist. Even if we all know that sometimes blowing the whistle can discouarge and even avert a crime that is about to be committed. Who would prefer being proved right to a nation being saved from imminent disaster? Only a mad man I think.

Highlights of claims in the Standard article;

* National Intelligence Service (NIS) is heavily involved in the ongoing voter registration with the aim of influencing results in August.

* Interference in the voter registration involves taking Biometric Voter Registration (BVR) kits across the borders of Uganda and Ethiopia and assisting citizens of the two countries to register in a Kenyan election process.

* “NIS will break down this nation and send it to the dogs, if it continues on this path of seeking to influence election results by way of fraud. We challenge the NIS to come clean on this matter and assure the country that it is abandoning its disgraceful involvement in voter registration.”
Read the entire article for yourself at;

P.S. My latest "wild claims" about the elections are even more "far-fetched" than these ones which have been printed in a national newspaper this morning. But I believe they are 1000% TRUE. (Download or read online the Kumekucha Raw notes issue that has them. The Raw notes are free)

CIA role in 2007 elections and how it will sabotage NASA in 2017

Shocking: Did you know that it was the CIA that gave the evil South African apartheid government Mandela’s location which led to the legendary freedom fighter’s prompt arrest?

It is extremely sad that the vast majority of Kenyans believe that the CIA station in Nairobi (the largest in the region) and the officers manning it are on holiday in Kenya and their work mainly involves taking care of American tourists.

Poor naïve “wajuaji” Kenyans have no idea about what has happened in the past or what is set to happen in the forthcoming general elections.

My latest research shows that Langley (the CIA headquarters is in Langley, Virginia USA) is set to play an even bigger role than it did in the fateful 2007 general elections that ended in bloodshed and mayhem.

Firstly it is important to set the record straight. I, like the vast majority of Kenyans, love America and most things American. However this is politics and in politics there are no permanent friends. You are of course welcome to be naïve at your own expense.

The official line you will hear from the US embassy is that the super power has no interest or intention in interfering with local Kenyan matters or decisions being made by the people of Kenya such as the presidential elections this August. And that is diplomacy. The reality my friends is a whole different ball game.

For instance there is plenty of evidence that points to heavy CIA interference and involvement in the ill-fated 2007 presidential elections.  It is also a fact that the Americans are NOT big fans of Raila Odinga and I will tell you why in a minute. Admittedly it is also true that the Kenyatta family has always been deeply suspicious and wary of the Americans.

But before we dive into what is in store for Kenyans (more so with the America-first-at-all-costs Donald Trump seated at the White House as President) let us convince you what these bad guys are capable of and what they have done in the past in the name of American national security.

How To Use Your Business Failures So Far To Succeed Big Time

Trying your hand at business and failing is not a joke.

Most people never ever recover from a single failed attempt.

Some pretty nasty things have happened to those who try business but fail. I know somebody who committed suicide. Many others are never the same again and remain sad to their last days on this miserable earth.

Others have landed in hospital and have been hospitalized for weeks and even months. Some finally leave the hospital… in a coffin.

So do not for a minute take this thing lightly.

Chances are that you too have gone through such an experience. Maybe you even took out a loan from a bank and ended up losing your property.

Pole sana. I feel for you.

But what you may not know is that failing in business is normal and it is in fact a very important step to wild success. Just do a little research online and read the stories of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world. You will quickly find the common thread of devastating failure and many even reaching a point where they wanted to give up.

In fact one billionaire businessman who started a company you may have heard of called Google says that to succeed one must fail first. Not only that. His mathematical mind came up with the general average that you actually need 100 failures to get one sensational success. Phew!!!

In other words you need to (Read online or download for free the rest of this article in the latest issue of Billionairethink).

The Truth About How Stinking Rich Kenyan Families Made Their Wealth

This is an extremely sensitive topic in our banana republic. Even as I write this I know that I am really going to upset some very close friends. BUT Kenya is more important and as a nation we need to take a much closer look at ourselves before it is too late.

It is time for us as a nation to be realistic because how can we fight corruption when we ourselves are daughters and sons of corruption? When those we appoint to head the fight against corruption have been educated and brought up with corruption money? When the very Internet connection you are using to read this is financed by cash that can be traced back to corruption? Let's get serious shall we?

Nobody chooses where they are going to be born BUT I was extremely fortunate to be the son of a man who HATED corruption. In fact HATE is not a strong enough word to describe what my dad felt about the vice.

But as I was growing up in the late seventies and eighties, I did not agree with his principals. In fact I strongly disagreed with them and felt at the time that they were stupid and unrealistic. Especially in certain instances. Like when all our family friends had brand new colour TV sets and we were still using a tiny black and white relic from the 60s. The mothers often went for shopping abroad (in those days London) and brought back nice things. My mother was always busy working at the hospital as a nurse and the only shopping she did was at the local shopping centre (there were no malls in those days). As a teenager the other kids could afford to go out to Carnivore for beers driving the sleek family spare car (which made our single family car look like a mkokoteni or hand cart at Kikomba) while I had to stay at home listening to KBC General service's Late Date show dreaming and wishing.

My view of stupid about my dad's hatred of corruption turned into one of dismissing him as a crazy lunatic when I saw him carry a loaded gun around and generally risk his life for those zero-tolerance-to-corruption principals of his.

The man actually halted a corrupt deal that was going down courtesy of the wife of the head of state then. He did the unthinkable in those days and impounded the goods. WAH!!! At first those concerned...(Download or read online the rest of this story in this Kumekucha's Raw Notes special edition. No email required, no registration required).

Kumekucha Presidential Candidate: Forgotten Son Of Kenya Who Can Make A Great Commander In Chief

Today is the birthday of fallen giant son of Africa Patrice Lumumba and the perfect day for us here in Kumekucha to declare our preferred presidential candidate.
It is very unfair how history and the electorate always spit out their true heroes and forget them quickly as they enjoy the very fruits those heroes suffered and risked their lives to bring.

As in 2012 our position here in Kumekucha remains unchanged. Our preferred presidential candidate also remains unchanged. I know it may be laughable to even think of this man as commander in chief because for starters he does NOT come from a big tribe (that is Kenyan politics for you). He is not even contesting the presidency, never has. But we wish he could. And voters would agree with us if they seriously considered this man for a minute.

On our part we will continue campiagning for him here until that day Kenyan voters wake up from their deep tribal slumber.

That man is of course Gitobu Imanyara (pictured above).

Below we reproduce the article we carried on him in 2012 in the run up to the 2013 presidential elections.

Gitobu Imanyara is Kumekucha's preferred Presidential candidate.

=============
Gitobu Imanyara was our first runner up to the person of the year 2010 and once again this seemingly unlucky Kenyan politicial giant was denied the accolades after making some very commendable contributions in the year 2010. Is the guy jinxed or what?
Gitobu Imanyara as a school prefect in Nairobi School in 1973

Looking at the career of Mr Imanyara one cannot help but feel that he surely deserves much more than what life has handed to him so far. Let’s compare him to two very lucky Kenyan politicians who have played it safe contributed very little and reached the top. Namely Mwai Kibaki and Kalonzo Musyoka.

When Gitobu was getting in and out of police detention Mwai Kibaki was enjoying life as usual, flashing the one finger KANU salute. Indeed Mwai Kibaki has never seen what the inside of a police cell looks like. All his political career he has been the overcautious politician who would agonize for months when they reached the edge of a political cliff with nowhere else to turn except to jump down into the water below. A case in point was after the controversial 1988 infamous queue-voting general elections.
Gitobu Imanyara for President
An aside here to detail that amazing political occurrence is well worth it.

Bored handlers of president Moi itching for a challenge after having shot down everything that could move as far as a threat to the Moi presidency (real or imagined) was concerned turned their attention to the then cowardly and extremely harmless Vice President. They decided to rig him out of his Othaya parliamentary seat and everything was in place for the shock announcement that some obscure politician called Muriuki or something like that had defeated Kibaki in the 1988 parliamentary elections. But when Othaya constituents heard of the scheme most men (and some women) went home and fetched their pangas to come and hear the announcement of the election results. The DC sensed serious trouble and hurriedly called Nairobi for direction. In the end Mwai Kibaki was announced victor and his opponent needed heavy police protection to hurriedly get the hell out of town. Still when Moi announced his new cabinet a few days later the Vice President was a man called Prof Josphat Karanja and Kibaki was relegated to a mere Minister for Health. Still he did nothing and sat on the uncomfortable fence until Christmas day 1991 (the very last minute because elections were due in 1992) when he announced his defection from Kanu to a new political party that he had just formed with others called DP (Democratic Party of Kenya). That’s Kibaki for you.

Kalonzo Musyoka is not any different and was at the heart of Kanu mama na baba as Imanyara struggled to stay alive. Musyoka is now the Vice President while Imanyara is not even in the cabinet.

It seems Kenyan politics has always favoured the cowardly and the compromisers (read details in my landmark book Dark Secrets of the Kenyan Presidency. You can now get your copy for FREE HERE.)

And Gitobu Imanyara’s troubles seem to be far from over even when Kenya has gained so much democratic space thanks mainly to Imanyara’s personal sacrifices and endless suffering in police cells and torture chambers. What comes to mind right away is the recent incident where he was slapped by first lady Lucy Kibaki in State House.

This is the fascinating East African Standard report on the issue (the account was from Imanyara himself);

Imanyara said he had cut short a trip to South Africa to attend the meeting (at State House Nairobi), also graced by Vice-President, Mr Kalonzo Musyoka, and Internal Security minister, Prof George Saitoti.

Imanyara said after going through the security checks at State House, they were ushered into a conference room.

After taking a seat and introducing himself to the President, the MP said, State House Comptroller, Mr Hyslop Ipu, came in and whispered to him that he should leave the room.

“I thought this was quite rude for a junior officer to come where the President was and ask me to leave the room,” said a visibly angry Imanyara.

Shortly afterwards, Imanyara recounted, the Head of the Public Service and Secretary to the Cabinet, Mr Francis Muthaura, came to ask whether they could talk outside.

“At this time, I could hear loud screams of a female shouting all kinds of words. I did not know who it was,” said Imanyara.

The Imenti Central legislator said as he was talking to Muthaura, the First Lady burst into the scene screaming: “This is the man that took the First Lady to the courts. Nobody comes to State House without my permission!”

Imanyara said she went on: “You are a friend of the Luos. Foolish Merus voted for you.”

At this juncture, said Imanyara, the First Lady came forward and started throwing punches at him, which he ducked.

“Nobody takes the First Lady to court. Nobody gets away with it,” Imanyara quoted her as saying.

He said Mrs Kibaki vowed that he would not get any Government appointments as long as she was at State House.

And on allegations that he was punched, Imanyara said: “The First Lady is too short and no punch touched me, neither did I return any.”

Imanyara said security at the corridors of State House stood by and watched as the whole episode unfolded.

The MP said at some point, he was asked to leave State House and he obliged.

Speaking at the Serena Hotel, Nairobi, Imanyara lashed out at the First Lady for trying to create an impression that State House was her property.

“At this rate, we don’t know who is in charge at State House. Kibaki needs to remove the First Lady from State House,” said Imanyara.

So who is Gitobu Imanyara?

After Imanyara spent more than two years in Maximum Security Prison on charges associated with his work as a human rights lawyer, he founded the Nairobi Law Monthly in 1987. It was not supportive of Daniel arap Moi's one party policy and Imanyara was arrested for not registering the magazine.

He was again arrested 1n 1990 after writing a special issue entitled "The Historic Debate: Law, Democracy, and Multi-Party Politics in Kenya." At one point he was held in a prison psychiatric ward, though he re-released the issue following his own release. Receiving the International Editor of the Year by the World Press Review while in prison, he was called "the boldest voice for a free press in a country whose intolerant government does not hesitate to shut down publications and where most journalists practice self censorship."

Imanyara was arrested for a third time in April 1991 after police confiscated that moneth’s issue of the Nairobi Law Monthly. The offending information was about the formation of an opposition political party. It is instructive that he went on to become the founding secretary general of the Forum for the Restoration of Demoracy, FORD KENYA, 1990-2002. This was the first opposition party to be registered in Kenya for many decades.

While in custody, Imanyara developed a brain tumour. Luckily it was successfully treated. Kenyan aid money went down significantly after that arrest, and the U.S. State Department called it "another denial of freedom of expression in Kenya." Imanyara was awarded the World Association of Newspapers' Golden Pen of Freedom Award later that year, but due to authorities not allowing him to leave the country for it, Liberal International President Otto Lambsdorff brought it personally to Nairobi in early 1992.

At the Kenyan general elections in December 1997, he won a regional landslide victory and was elected MP for Central Imenti Constituency. He continued to publish his magazine, which was renamed the Africa Law Review.

Posted at the Nairobi School website www.oldcambrians.com. Imanyara is an alumni of the elitist boy’s boarding school in Nairobi:

Kumekucha salutes you Gitobu Imanyara. Our position is that you could make an excellent presidential candidate for 2017

2017 Polls Kumekucha Informal Voter Survey

Wanaenda Nyumbani??
Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho
I have just finished compiling the first Kumekucha polls of 2017 and I am numb with shock.

Older readers of Kumekucha who have been with me since 2005 know that one of our great strengths here is that we seek to constantly have our hands close to the pulse of the people. By the people I DO NOT mean comfortable you and I driving to our local pub and relaxing in comfortable surroundings with our so-called intelligent and informed views.

What I mean are the real voters (translated into 10s of millions of votes) down there in slum areas and deep in rural areas who may be ignorant of many things but it seems like any other human beings will NOT be fooled all the time.

I am not sure what will surprise you and what will NOT so I shall speak for myself. These are the things in the poll that really, really surprised me.
