Drama In Parliament Over Fuel Tax As Bobi Wine Arrives To Museveni Theatrics
The executive displays desperation in the manner in which the Presidential memo that included the 8% VAT on fuel was passed in parliament today. Even with a parliament that continues to flex its' muscles in a manner that is unprecedented in Kenya. What does it all mean?
