Mystery of 40 Billion That Vanished From National Treasury
Even as efforts are made by government to address corruption, one deep
mystery still lingers. The auditor general's report for 2015/2016
financial year shows that the Jubilee government cannot account for 40.2
billion Kenya shillings. It was not paid to anybody, even for air. That
cash vanished into thin air...
