The 2010 constitution made provision for a civilian oversight of the NIS. Predictably it has never been implemented. But now there is are new developments that may just force it to be implemented. The implications are huge, will surprise many and some are far reaching in the fight for a better Kenya. I also take a brief historical peak at what Kenyan spooks have been up to in the past.
