DCI In DP Ruto's Office And This Man Farouk Kibet
DCI George Kinoti's boys were busy at the DP's office in Harambee House Annex last Friday. They were following up on the Rashid Echesa saga. Next they will want to talk to the closest allies of DP Ruto, starting with controversial Farouk Kibet whom Kenyans have heard of so much but know very little about.
