How Will Raila Handle Corrupt Financiers of His Campaign if He Wins Presidency?

The usual huge contractors and tenderpreneurs who finance winning presidential campaigns in anticipation of mega-deals later are on Raila Odinga’s camp this time round. He has promised a corruption free government if he wins. Is this a promise he can keep with such characters hanging around him?
