Mystery of Arrested Presidential Candidate Suicide Attempt

The latest in the ongoing IEBC intrigues is the claim that a presidential candidate attempted to jump off the sixth floor of the IEBC offices in a suicide bid. The family has called this police allegation a fabrication. Not to mention the sending on compulsory leave of an employee key to the testing of the computer system to be used on August 8th. What is going on?
