Any analyst of Kenyan politics and voting patterns who does not know the story of how Mrs Otieno, selling fish at the lakeside in Kisumu and Mrs Juma a devout Muslim complete with Buibui in Mombasa inflate Jubilee votes in opposition strongholds will never be able to get their figures right.
