For most of the last 24 hours, Marianne Brinner’s controversial blog Distant Lovers has been unreachable. Actually it emerges that she had deleted it herself.
In a brief interview earlier today with this blogger, she said the reason was that she had gotten upset and distressed over the nasty comments being made by persons who generally do not seem to believe her side of the story. So she has decided to take a new approach and tell the whole story from the beginning by publishing the entire set of email exchanges between herself and Jeff without changing a single comma. She hopes that when readers get to read the whole story from beginning to end, they will be able to make a better judgment of where the truth lies.
So now the blog is online once again (use this link) but Marianne says she will start publishing on Friday.
From what this blogger knows about Narianne, and without wanting to vouch for a news source, I can say that whatever her weaknesses, she is known for sticking to the facts and never talking about anything that she cannot prove with documents or some other hard evidence. The Sunguh Parliamentary Committee in Kenya that was constituted by parliament to delve into the still unsolved murder of former foreign minister Robert Ouko will remember Marianne as the witness who had documents detailing dates and other facts to back everything she said before the committee.
Has Brinner received any monetary gifts from oil interests or the Nigerian govt for HELPING to discredit not just Jeff but the Niger-delta people and their story?

But I think you are at wrong too by now blogging all the personal communications between the two of you. He raped you, so go report to the authorities. Why the blog??? You seem to be capitalizing on readers' human curiousity and acts of voyeurism. And I bet you are going to write another book, right? I think you are one woman who uses men, and after chews them up and spits them out. You did the same with all those men you slept with in the Kenya government and God knows where else. And it seems so typical of you to now go and kiss and tell of all your sexual encounters. Come on. Dont you have any sense of decency? Do you see your only worth to be sex. You even considered doing a 3-some with your own daughter. You "fell in love" within a few weeks through email with a man you'd never met??? Then you want people not to lash out at you???? You dangle your sex in front of people, then turn around and cry wolf? You cannot tell me that you did not know that all your tales of sexual encounters to Jeff would not have gotten him excited and ready to explode. Which is obviously what happened. The guy must have been walking around with a permanent hard-on and could not control himself in London but pounce on you. This is obviously a pattern with you, and I can only wait to see what happens to the next man who gets into your bed. Maybe you will hook some other guy with your tales of woe and and lies from Jeff. Hey guyz... if Jeff did what he's claimed to have done, it's not acceptable, BUT why isn't there any spotlight on the CNN itself? The emails claimed that it's their acceptable standard!!!! I personally have had several questions to CNN's methods especially in its coverage of Africa, Asia and the Middle East. But that would be for another day...

Marianne Briner is a world class extortionist who knows how and when to hit her victims... her claims of having slept with Kenya's top politicians could make fantastic reading for those interested in gossips and unchallenged fantasies... I am in possession of copies of email communication she sent to some Kenya politicians demanding "financial compensation" or else she exposes their previous intimate relationships... When Gor Sungu paid her a visit in Spain shortly before she traveled to Nairobi to 'testify' she made Mr. Sungu promise that UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES would her testimony be cross-examined... those who followed her Nairobi testimony would remember how vigorously Sungu opposed any attempts to cross-examine her. She was even paid money for testifying... some few thousands American dollars (which VAT was imposed on [I wonder whether KRA received this VAT]). This money was not paid directly to her, but was received on her behalf by a Kenyan associate... WHAT HOLD DID SHE HAVE ON SUNGU TO ENSURE THIS HIGH CLASS TREATMENT... What happened when he paid her a visit in Spain?
The BRINER YOU DON'T KNOW: She was a Lufthansa stewardess (according to documents obtained from the airline’s human resource department, she wasn’t that good at her work for the few months she was there). While on one of her flights to Kenya, she met this rich Swiss who was traveling First Class to Nairobi for business... (she wasn’t assigned to serve First Class passengers on that flight). Marianne quickly assessed his worth and decided that associating with him is much better than working for the German Airline.
Dr. Briner was not a lucky man; like Jeff several years after him, he was just a stepping-stone to a bigger dream. With Dr. Briner, Marianne started dinning with top Kenyan politicians and organizing deals and the process of lowering her pants became so disgusting to the doctor that he opted-out leaving Marianne with the daughter she hawks about.
MARIANNE's association with the media has always been of financial gain (to herself...); when she invited the BBC crew to Spain promising an explosive story about herself and leading African politicians, when the crew arrived at her hideaway, she demanded payment for her story... the BBC declined and from then, the broadcaster was on her hit-list.
CNN seems to have fallen for her shenanigans. All this whore wants is undue publicity to some crap she calls a ‘book’ she has co-authored. She is continuously broke and never ceases to get fresh means of making money, even as little as $100 dollars. Her best technique is that of names-dropping. Detective (Rtd) John Troon, formerly of the Scotland Yard has had first-hand experience with the Queen of Whores. If she can’t sleep her way up the books of the famous, Marianne will blackmail her way up it. Her main interest must have been to have Jeff (whom she must have seen on some Oprah’s shows) to introduce her book to the great Talk-Shaw Host with the hope of making millions of sales. According to records obtained by a source, this book has sold a mere 1836 copies since its release and those who have spent money buying it note that it’s the GREATEST FORM OF Literary abuse.
This woman is not that stupid, her association with Italian Mafia has endeared her to several intelligence communities where she sells out information about the Mafia. She must have researched thoroughly on Jeff’s lineage and saw an opportunity to sleep her way back into the Kenya’s ruling family. Jeff was just a poor pawn in her chess-game which never worked, thus the claims. On his part, as a journalist, he must have been so stupid to read this woman for what she is. I would bet, this’ not the last we hear of Madam Briner.
SO BEFORE YOU BELIEVE EVERYTHING SHE SAYS ASK YOURSELVES, who is this woman and what does she want?
