Huge Traffic To Listen To Anglo Leasing Tape, Causes Site To Be Shut Down
What must be the most visited site on the Internet by Kenyans, has been suspended after surpassing bandwidth requirements due to the overwhelmingly huge traffic flocking in to listen to the latest Anglo Leasing audio tape.
This means that the controversial audio tape is no longer available to the whole world to listen to.
However a posting at the site (http://www.eyeonkenya.com/al/al.php) promises that the site will be restored soon and redirects people back to Githongo’s blog http://www.githongo.blogspot.com/ where the same message is repeated.
Githongo will have to do a deal and pay bandwidth costs to get the site back up and running. Kenyans everywhere will be hoping that this is done as soon as possible.
