A Parliament That Can't Be Controlled By The Handshake: What Next?

Just when Kenyans thought that parliament was under the control of the handshake, the august house went rogue. And their well laid plan to shoot down the fuel tax bill could only be stopped by dirty tricks. You cannot begin to imagine the drama ahead.
