Why Uhuru Announced A Curfew Instead Of A Lockdown
Most Kenyans were expecting a lock-down. Instead President Uhuru Kenyatta announced a curfew. And he did this even after several officials hinted that the government was seriously considering a lock down to combat the current crisis.
