Kibaki Confused at Nyeri Governor Gachagua Funeral, Mystery Now Fully Explained

Former President Mwai Kibaki made a speech at the funeral of the Nyeri governor Gachagua that did NOT make any sense. It had many Kenyans very worried about the mental health of the former president of Kenya. What is Kibaki really suffering from?
