Notice how the results were carefully announced late in the day so that Kenyans sleep on it and cool off.
I am sick to the pit of my stomach at the way these elections have been so blatantly rigged and stolem on broad daylight. Rigging requires a little more intelligence than what the world has seen over the last two days in Kenya.
Those who did not know the true character of Mwai Kibaki now do. Moi was better because he handed over power peacefully.
I suppose a "bedroom swearing in" (to quote Kibaki's own words about Moi's swearing in in 1997) will follow tomorrow.
I am now signing off for a long long time because I need to move again.
P.S. Mwai Kibaki has just been shown on national TV (KBC) being sworn in "in the bedroom" in what appears to be State House.
