Unless the forthcoming elections go in another direction other than that of Narc Kenya and ODM-Kenya, these poverty-stricken Kenyan children stand no chance. May this image (notice that these kids look hungry and hopeless) and those of other starving Kenyans haunt every voter in Kenya until they do the right thing and resist bribe's and tribal sentiments. These kids are counting on you.
I have been reading all sorts of comments by Kenyans about the politics in Kenya. A huge percentage of these comments display ignorance of the real situation on the ground in Kenya. The truth is that understanding Kenyan politics must start with people understanding the real impact of corruption and mega scums like Goldenberg and Anglo-Leasing in promoting povery in Kenya. Corruption also has a direct link to the escalating levels of violent crime, as a reader of this blog pointed out recently.

ReplyDeleteYou are right. That picture as it is shows what 'a little Indian boy' as Jaramogi Odinga called Patnni, did for Kenya. I shed a tear one day as Patnni became a celebrity in Kenya and was signing autographs for some school children during the Goldenberg enquiry. He has no shame. Honestly, why is he even give 'oxygen' by the media to appear in the press. I hate this!
