Start by planning out how the next two months will look. What do you want to achieve? Who do you want to become? What are your goals? Create a vision board and commit to making it a reality in the next 60 days. Trust me, this timeframe is all you need for a complete turnaround. Set this vision board as your background; just seeing it will motivate you immensely.

### 2. Establish a Morning Routine
How you start your morning influences your entire day, which is why it’s vital not to scroll on your phone upon waking. Instead, engage in habits that keep you motivated, like making your bed. Replace sugary cereal with a healthy, nourishing breakfast to provide you with energy throughout the day. Lastly, plan your day in advance; knowing when to tackle tasks reduces procrastination and helps you get into the right mindset to start your day.

### 3. Move Your Body
Going to the gym not only reduces stress and boosts your energy but also helps you look fit. If the gym isn't for you, try walking 7,000 to 10,000 steps daily. I never believed that walking 10,000 steps would make a difference until I experienced it myself. Plus, you can listen to your favorite podcast while enjoying the scenery!

Eating healthily over the next two months can lead to a significant glow-up. Just swapping out your breakfast and snacks for healthier options can make a huge difference. Your next-level self isn’t spending five hours scrolling on TikTok. That drains your energy! It’s no wonder you feel unmotivated when you’re lounging around in loungewear. I’ve realized that what I wear at home greatly impacts my mood. Just putting on a cute and comfy outfit can boost my motivation. There are also ways to enhance your looks without makeup, like exfoliating your lips, using Vaseline, and curling your lashes. These small changes can help you go from feeling icky to super productive in no time!

### 8. Set Clear Goals
If you're feeling overwhelmed by the goals on your vision board, break them down into small, achievable steps. Focus on one small step you can take today. For instance, if you aspire to be a successful TikToker, your first step might be brainstorming video ideas. ### 9. Match Your Content with Your Vision
You become what you regularly consume, so ensure the content you watch aligns with your vision board. If you want to be an A-student, watch study-with-me videos. If you're aiming to be more organized, watch cleaning videos. Following individuals who embody the qualities you desire can help you adopt the same mindset.

### 10. Romanticize Hard Tasks
Find ways to make tedious tasks more enjoyable. I’ve discovered that any chore becomes much more fun with a playlist or podcast in the background, or by imagining myself as the main character in a movie. Create Pinterest boards with images related to tasks you dislike; this can help shift your perspective.

### 11. Change Your Mindset
The quickest way to change your life is by altering your mindset. Every night, instead of scrolling on your phone, read for just 10 minutes from a non-fiction book. The knowledge gained from books is incredibly powerful; it can help you heal from past wounds, manifest your dream life, and improve productivity. Ever since I started reading self-development books, I've come to understand and appreciate myself so much more.

### 12. Combat Negative Thoughts
Nothing holds you back more than negative thoughts that tell you that you can't change or that you'll fail. For the next two months, make it your mission to eliminate these limiting beliefs. Engage in shadow work; there are many helpful journal prompts available online. You can also write your negative thoughts and ask ChatGPT to challenge them.

### 13. Use Affirmations
Feed your mind with positive affirmations, whether through playlists, videos, or speaking them into a mirror. The more you repeat them, the more your negative thoughts will diminish.

### 14. Create a Mind Movie
The fastest way to manifest your dream life is by believing it will happen. Did you know that you are where you are today because of your beliefs? Everything that's happened was once just a thought. Create a mind movie using manifestation audio and overlay affirmations such as "I'm successful" or "I live my dream life." Add images that represent your dreams, and watch this mind movie before bed and upon waking. This will help reprogram your subconscious mind to believe in yourself and work towards your goals.

### 15. Embody Your Future Self
Define the style and demeanor of your future self, then recreate that image. Looking like the best version of yourself will naturally make you feel that way too, leading to increased confidence. Embrace how you speak and move; dressing up can significantly aid in embodying your most confident self.

### Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
Taking steps toward your vision, such as going to the gym for the first time or performing in front of a crowd, requires stepping out of your comfort zone. I once sang in front of a crowd for the first time, even though I’m not a professional singer. It was a challenge, but I knew I had to do it—just like the main character in a movie!

Every action you take is a vote for the person you want to become. Pushing through discomfort and doing what your future self would do is the quickest way to transform your life.
