Ruto has his people everywhere. For instance Jicho Pevu aka Mohamed Ali who is the current MP for Nyali in Mombasa has puzzled friend and foe in recent times. It turns out that there is a very simple explanation for his behaviour in recent times. There are many others with stories that are similar.
