Raila Odinga the political maestro, has now worked himself into a position where together with President Uhuru Kenyatta they will shortly change the political trajectory of the vote-rich Rift Valley. DP Ruto will find it difficult, if mot impossible to counter the Raila, Uhuru move effectively.
