The trip to China by Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta has taken most Kenyans by surprise. The two are going to seal a deal with the Chinese to complete the second phase of the SGR to Busia on the border with Uganda. However what many are yet to realize is that there are huge and far-reaching political implications and consequences that will come out of this trip.
