Ruto insiders in State house are pushing for this crazy plan to end maandamano and secure the Kenya Kwanza presidency

It would seem that most Azimio supporters are not happy with the most recent political developments in the country.

And of course the reason is that according to the analysis of most, concerning our current situation in the country, a handshake with William Ruto is loading. And it could happen at any moment. Some even believe that everything will be okay and very peaceful in the country after that truce between Raila and Ruto that they are sure is coming.

Actually I don't agree with that assessment at all. I DO NOT see any handshake coming anytime soon or even in the distant future. Indeed I am a little surprised where this particular widespread belief is coming from. Are Kenyans taking in Kenya Kwanza propaganda as the gospel thruth, once again! NOT again surely!

Because today more than ever we can clearly see what President Ruto and his insiders are thinking and where they are very clearly going with it. Their deepest thoughts about this crisis and the tactics they will employ to get their way is no longer hazy or difficult to fathom.

Because to know what people are thinking or what anybody is thinking, (because you can be sure they'll not tell you this, and least of all in public) is to observe their actions. NOT what they speak. Intentions will always be very clearly seen from carefully observing their actions. Especially their actions chini ya maji, like politicians like to play it.

And so today we have plenty of material to work with to totally understand the real thinking of William Samoei Ruto deep inside State house.

---

We have of course always known the thinking of Raila although now he has puzzled many because it would seem that he is too eagerly demanding for a mediator. In fact he has been very clear in saying that there will be no talks with Ruto unless there is a mediator. The interpretation of that move by Raila Odinga (according to some) is that he is very desperate for a handshake or some sort of agreement and truce with Ruto. Actually nothing would be further from the truth.

But let us start this story from the beginning as usual and break it down mosmos until we totally understand where we are right this minute as a country.

Only then will it be much easier to do a correct and accurate analysis and obtain the true picture.

And let us start with the government side. Based on what has been happening in Sondu (Luo Nyanza) and what happened in Nyalenda slums, Kisumu. And especially what happened in Watamu, Kilifi county there is a clear pattern here that gives us an even clearer picture of what is coming for sure.

From these examples we can all be sure that the government strategy of dealing with this crisis in Kenya is to crush! There appears to be no second option or plan B in this matter.

The executive decision to retire the old Kshs 1,000 note resulted in a loss of billions of shillings from the personal kitty election war chest of the then DP Ruto.

The Day Ruto security was changed from GSU to Administration Police (is this one of the reasons he is can't stop vengeful towards Uhuru?)

Most Kenyans were not aware of it, but the appointment of the new director of public prosecutions Noordin Haji to be Ruto's first National Intelligence Services Director General was very significant for anybody following up on clues to answer many disturbing questions concerning what exactly happened last August during the mysterious Presidential elections. John Jomo succeeded in his prayers to the court and Justice Jairus Ngaah issued an injunction prohibiting the agency from requiring Jomo Kenyatta junior to surrender his pistol without first going through the laid down legal process. But how will the Ruto government respond? Here are a few possible "crazy" scenarios.

Those who saw Hussein Mohamed during his distinguished career as a Citizen TV journalist may be excused for feeling pity for him watching his body language a few hours ago as he fielded a question about Raila's claim that President Ruto invited the Tanzanian president to Kenya to mediate talks between him and Raila Odinga, only to snub her. President Samia Suluhu Hassan then left the country after two nights at a Nairobi hotel waiting in vain.

Mohamed started off laughing nervously when the question was posed. He then followed it up with his shifty answer which hardly made sense.

In just a handful of days, what happened in Nyalenda, Kisumu recently has moved from being highly sensitive to the Ruto government to something being discussed openly. And surprisingly, the international media and community are suddenly leading the discussions and showing great concern.

Raila Odinga in a press conference with the international press in Nairobi yesterday even went on to use the phrase “ethnic cleansing” and made comparisons with similar happenings from the past from all over the world.
