Dr Mutua’s Inclusion In Visa Ban Being Discussed?

Dr Alfred Mutua has given the PR profession a bad name

As Hardliners In Kibaki Government Reign Supreme

It was here in Kumekucha, early last month that we informed you that the International community was discussing possible Visa bans against prominent Kenyans who have contributed to the crisis in the country.

As you read this 10 Kenyans from both sides of the political divide are already on a list that should be made public soon. This initial list has no surprises and includes mainly individuals who should have had this Visa ban slapped on them years ago. Many of them featured prominently in the infamous Kroll report. As it is some analysts feel that it is too little, too late. However there is no denying the fact that it will hurt the individuals and their immediate families a great deal. Students will be deported from universities and wives who enjoyed frequent London or Dubai shopping will have less to talk and brag about at their next social.

But what should be even more interesting is the next list of 30 that the Americans have revealed that they are working on. Unconfirmed reports reaching Kumekucha indicate that the name of one Dr Alfred Mutua the government spokesman may be on that list for issuing inflammatory statements before and after the crisis. Naturally this means that the name of his wife is also on the said list.

We are creating a new start over a familiar topic--clashes. Today we are anonucing the normalization of the issues, the personicfado of the same.

Visas or no visas. The international community must not rest until this country has undergone major constitutional changes.

The sooner these people start personally feeling the effects of the mess they've created in Kenya, the sooner Kenyans can have their cry heard. Yes, punish all of them. And give us our new constitution. And they need to make these lists public, after all, it's in the interest of wananchi. That way, there will be no need for speculation and rumor-mongering. We all know that can be dangerous.

Anonymous said...

We need nothing short of a new constitution. Infact, I dont see the need of the so called political solution to the problem, since it is week institutions that have brought us to this mess. Anan please, steer for institutional and constitutional changes which are more long lasting.

To ODMers,
If all dogs are mammals, does it mean that all mammals are dogs? Not really.
If Raila is a luo, does it make all luos raila?
If Kibaki is a kyuk, does it all make kyuks kibaki?
How come all luos think the same? from a professor to an unskilled labourer.
How come only luos and kales are the only tribes on one side of the national assembly?
Shame on them. These are the tribes that are taking kenyan's GDP down and spoiling the socio-economic fabric of this capitalistic nation.
Kalenjins and Luos are pure haters always blaming their failure on kyuks while hiding behind the alleged stolen elections.KIBAKI WON THE ELECTIONS FAIRLY,by the way.
At least Luos are styled up but kales are such primitive as to use bows and arrows at this day and age on innocent kenyans.
let the truth be told. You can not demand justice when you are violating liberty.
Wisdom does more good than weapons, but one sinner (Arap Mibey) can undo alot of good.
Moi ruled this country for 24 years with an iron fist but no one hated Kalenjins as a tribe.we only had issues with Moi himself. One good thing about him was that he was extremely wise.he never touted a tribal hate campaign unlike the members of ODM (Okuyu Demolition movement)who are spreading tribal propaganda.
Why not direct your hate to Indians who are practicing gross economic apartheid?
Hope God will reward my in-laws with greater reward than he did to Israelites in the desert.

Reliable sources, my ass, Chris is rumour mongering as usual, no visas have been canceled and that is from the horses mouth, Chris grow up and stop lying, yesterday it was the bugged hotel room, you got caught with your pants down and now here you are with more nonsense, the US is not the kingdom of heaven, visa bans are inconsequential for many of these individuals. Ruto, Mudavadi and Biwott are individuals actually banned from the UK/US. How has it affected them?

MR. CASEY: Yeah, yeah, let me talk to you a little bit about what's going on. On February 5th, we -- actually on Tuesday we delivered eight letters -- our Embassy in Nairobi delivered eight letters that were signed by the Ambassador to a number of Kenyan politicians and businessmen suspected of supporting or inciting violence in the aftermath of the election in that country. And these letters basically said that the U.S. visa status of these individuals was under review pertinent to the relative parts of the Immigration and Naturalization Act. This doesn't mean that their visas have, in fact, been revoked. But it's a very clear warning to them that their actions have put them in jeopardy of losing their visas and we're going to continue to evaluate these cases over the next few days here to see whether, in fact, they ought to have their visas revoked.

QUESTION: How many people is that involved?

MR. CASEY: It's eight individuals. It's eight letters to eight individuals.

QUESTION: Okay. It's not one letter for more than one person?

MR. CASEY: No. It's eight individuals that are covered by this.

QUESTION: Would you say they're on probation if they --

MR. CASEY: Well, they still -- if they currently possess a valid visa, those visas are still valid. But it's a clear warning to them that we do not look favorably on their -- what we understand to be their efforts to promote or incite violence in the aftermath of the elections. What we want to see happy, again, is a political settlement that is implemented along the lines of the agreement that former Secretary General Kofi Annan helped to broker last week. We certainly want to see things move in a more peaceful direction and not towards any additional violent activities.

Chris,

Do not let anyone fool you with all the nice words. 75% of those CEOs who met Annan are the same ones who attended Kibaki's 1million per plate dinner and most of them continue to support an illegitimate government. In the Kenya we have right now, woe unto any business that plays partisan politics. Ask Citi Hoppa or even Nation Newspapers and they will tell you the pressure they are under.

I am surprised you are referring to Michael Joseph as brilliant. I wonder which sane person would have failed to steer safaricom to where it is considering how the market was manipulated in their favour probably due to that silent shareholder known as Telea.

Right now, Safaricom CEO is obviously feeling the heat from ODM's economic boycott. He didnt see it coming! Very few people in rural areas are using safaricom, and sales from their highly profitable bamba so moja and bamba 50 cards have plummeted!!!!!

You must remember, in the recent past Safaricom had the guts to send texts to its subscribers asking them to refrain from sending inflammatory messages on its network, YET prior to the elections, PNU were allowed to have a propaganda field day against ODM, expecially during the time people could not discern the difference between majimbo and ugatuzi! At that time, Safaricom were laughing all the way to the bank. As I type these lines I can tell you, there is already a big dent on their monthly revenues and subscriber numbers have decreased significantly at the benefit of celtel (one regional network)and suprisingly Telkom Wireless. This because Michael Joseph has allowed himself to be politically used by PNU insiders - NOT TO FORGET HE IS PART OF THE COVER-UP TO KEEP TELEA (EA) LTD SHARE HOLDING SECRET.

When the live media broadcast ban was at its peak, Safaricom deliberately downed its data transmission lines because they knew most people were still receiving information via the same network. Safaricom even went further and breached customer confidentiality by openly revealing subscriber details recordings to NSIS and CID!!!!! Some of its subscribers are already in custody and will apppear in court soon - to be charged on the strength of evidence supplied by safaricom.

No one talks politics on safaricom lines any more. Its a big risk.

Kaeni na hiyo safaricom yenu. Hata heri telkom wireless ama celtel.

Better still, tukutaneni pale inje Nairobi cinema (Uchumi House) tuchape siasa kama wananchi. Every evening from 5.30pm except sundays.

Hello Wafula simple things to prove Kibaki never WON:
-He withheld results for 3 days from some locations.
-He ordered everyone out of KICC and Kivuitu announced the results only on KBC.
- Maybe like 5 minutes later he was being sworn in without inviting even his neighbours to witness???
-There was no celebration of his alleged win- Only death of very many pple up to this moment that we speak!
-I have friends from Meru who saw the results cancelled in Penil and zeros added to exagerrate them- Infact Many Merus voted for RAO if you did not know!
-Kibaki is selfish and his wife is a serial slapper!
Luos have never and will never be jealous of Kikuyus, I'm sorry to say but sometimes our Kikuyu brothers( the sisters are more styled up except Martha) are very arrogant!
- Have you ever gone to France and decided to rename the French places that you stay with names like Semakhokho?
- If you go to France - you have to learn French and adopt some of their ways of life, and you do not make yourself King of these pple!
Luos and Kales are some of the most loving pple and many can attest to that. I have lived among these pple 4rever and I can attest to the fact that there is no one more generous than a Kale for instance!
Did you know that Kisii's live in the hearts of Lambwe Valley and peacefully with their Luo neighbours not to mention Homabay among others?
I have not heard of these places being Christened Suneka and they do speak fluent Luo too!

You Wafula need to realise that the real culprit in this story is one Man KIBAKI bcoz him and his team think they own Kenya?
Luos Kales, Luhyas- u r Bukusu, pay taxes too and we WILL NOT BEG FOR SERVICES FROM ANY ONE. WE ARE HERE TO STAY AND WILL NOT BE A PUSH OVER FOR KARUA , KIMUNYA AND EVEN MUTUA.

AND BY THE WAY CHRIS I HOPE MUTUA IS BANNED FROM ALL COUNTRIES HE IS CONSTANTLY WASTING OUR MONEY PUBLISHING NONSENCE IN NEWSPAPERS. ALONG WITH HIM SHLD BE KIVUITU, KALONZO AND OTHER HARDLINERS WHO THINK THIS XTRY IS THEIRS ALONE.

CAN SOMEONE TEACH PANUAIST LIKE WAFULA THAT THERE IS A WORD CALLED SHARING - WHICH ONE LEARNS AS A SMALL BABY????

Luhyas, and I'm one of them, have never supported ugly creature like Kibaki, and we gave ODM 80% of Western parliament seats and Councillors. Police officer framed for Kisumu Rambo Killing

The Bandit government has done its good work again. But poorly, we can reveal. After dismissing the televised shooting of two innocent youths in Kisumu as a "Rambo movie style" piece of theatrics, the police have now framed the wrong suspect. Police Constable Edward Kirui, who was reported in yesterday's briefing to be the face behind the murder of Mr George William Onyango and Mr Ishmael Chacha on Jan 16 is not responsible. In a carefully crafted script, Kirui's framing is designed to achieve two objectives while the real culprit, a Mr Njeru walks scot free having secured a promotion transfer to a safe police unit. The officer seen in the video killing the two unarmed demonstrators and champions of the third liberation, is Police Constable Njeru formerly of Kondele Police Station in Kisumu.

We can now reveal that Kirui was to have been charged for the real crime he committed, that of shooting and critically injuring a rogue police officer who was on a shoot to kill spree in the Kibuye area of Kisumu. The officer that Kirui pursued and fell in rage was earlier reported to have shot and killed a kid who was playing football outside their home. The story was reported in the papers.

It can now be reported that linking Kirui to the death of the youth in the Rambo-like shooting, to borrow the words of police spokesman Mr Eric Denial Kiraithe, is a part of a desperate PNU scheme at divide and defeat and is meant to drive a wage between the Kalenjin and the Luo and Kisii. The two youth were Luo and Kisii, respectively. Raila Odinga got a resounding endorsement from the Kalenjin of William Ruto and anything that can dent this relationship is being worked on by the PNU strategists. This is why Edward Kirui will be charged in an unending court battle that will end with a dismissal. In the long run Njeru will have escaped justice while the PNU strategists will be able to plant a seed of suspicion and bitterness between the Kalenjin and the Luo together with the Kisii. But they won't because they have been discovered dead on their tracks.

Police in two week killing olympics in Kericho
We can now reveal that police in Kericho have been on a Killing Olympics. On diverse dates between 29th Dec 2007 and 12th Jan 2008, a total of 19 youths aged between seven (yes, seven!) years old and 35 years old were mowed down by police competing to justify their 'killing olympics bonus'. The youngest victim, seven year-old Ronald Kipkoech died on new year's day in Kipkelion. He was reported to have died of injuries inflicted by gun wounds. Those who died of gun wounds are energetic youths with promising future but whose lives were cut short by greed for power and a police force taking illegal orders from a cowardly regime of thieves. They carried the hopes of their families for a better life. Their blood is on Mwizi Kibaki and his SH bandits.

Their blood is not in vain. We join their families in denouncing their killing and demand justice. Out of their graves shall emerge energy to keep the liberation struggle alive. One day, the victims of the third and final liberation will be eulogised approprioately. Look at the names of our heroes, killed by the police in their killing olympics. It is reported that some of the uniformed murderers were mungiki taking orders from a police commander in Kericho with deep connections to the ruling elite in the bandit presidency of Mwizi Kibaki.

All these incidences of deaths at the hands of uniformed gangs and police officers happened in the opposition ODM strongholds. Contrast that with what happened in Naivasha where marauding mungiki recruits wre yelling at rival tribes with the police not doing anything (see picture on left).

Naivasha witnessed cases of open police bias with mungiki chasing and burning 19 children in a house. They were captured on camera and reported saying "This is Kikuyu land!" was the cry in Naivasha from one side, which called for revenge against the rival Luo tribe."We want peace, but we (also) want to fight them," said Peter Mwangi, a 20-year-old acrobat. "We don't want Luos here." Yet the police were asking for information leading to their arrest. All the evidence is on video, what else do they need.

ALL WE NEED IS THE WORD OF GOD AND PRAYERS EVERYDAY
An Encounter With God
Daniel 10:8
So I was left alone, gazing at this great vision; I had no strength left, my face turned deathly pale and I was helpless.

Daniel received a vision that troubled him greatly. He wanted understanding of this vision. He set himself out to understand the vision by fasting for three weeks. Three days after his three weeks of fasting, a messenger of God appeared to Daniel. The messenger explained that Heaven had heard his prayer from the first day, but the angel was temporarily prevented from coming by the prince of Persia, a demon angel, who sought to thwart God's messenger from coming to Daniel.

There are times in our lives when we must set ourselves to seeking God with all our hearts. It is in these times that we hear from Heaven in ways we may never have experienced before. Daniel's perseverance in prayer was rewarded with a personal encounter with Heaven. However, in order to receive from God, Daniel had to be left alone, his strength removed, and be placed in a helpless condition. When we have no ability in our own strength to move Heaven or the events around us, we are in position to hear from Heaven. It is the acknowledgment of our humanity and our frailness that places us in a position to have a personal encounter with the living God.

Do you need a personal encounter with God today? Do you need God to intervene on your behalf? Seek Him with all your heart. Demonstrate to Him you are serious. Get alone and acknowledge your helpless condition before Him. He will reward you with His presence.

how people have been fooled into believing odm incited violence is beyond me.

i have no penchant for violence in my body but when kivuitu announced kibaki had won-i was ready to beat up kibaki, karua, mama indecently dressed and michuki- and destroy all buildings on muranga road coz the anger in me was just too great-of course i did not act on my feelings(wouldn't have gotten the opportunity even if i wanted to do it so bad)but some people chose not to restrain themselves and did those vile acts, before you jump on me i do not condone what they did at all but i think i understand where they came from. am sorry to say this but now i understand osama and his peeps a little bit better-after all i have felt how intense anger can make you think of destroying peoples property and flogging them silly.

you people cannot understand how much hope we had on changing things around here- we stood in the hot sun for more than three hours waiting patiently to vote for Raila who had promised us the kind of change that we wanted, it is beyond you to understand this after all everyone in your fold is satisfied with the way things are run, you do not care that many people by virtue of not being from central province are sleeping hungry in their homes, you do not understand that when you come out of central where the tarmac road is redone every three months leading right up to your precious coffee farms there are places where there is no road or the murram highway cannot even be upgraded by the government- you dont understand the bitterness of having people living in the tsavo areas have a million tourists coming to see the wildlife in their backyard, have elephants destroy their farms every now and again and then at the end of it all sleep hungry because all the money brought in by tourism is siphoned to central province and Nairobi, as am sure you cannot understand that people in north eastern need affirmative action in terms of the development agenda, they are living in dry areas that cannot sustain agriculture they need to feel as though they are part of Kenya and ignoring them for years on end is not helping it has only alienated them more and more.

i am sure you are also not aware of the arrogance you portray because you have that ingrained in you.....you may not notice it but everybody else does..... that is why you have no problem speaking to every tom, dick and harry on the street in your mother-tongue or have weddings and funerals in nairobi no less, where you only speak that language-do you see other people clustering around themselves in public to speak their languages? it is not bad to speak your language but it would help if you were considerate to others.

now you also know before the elections people on different sides of the divide were debating very hotly and accusing each other of all sorts of things i can tell you i avoided speaking to all pnu people, my friends included to avoid serious confrontations with them.....now tell me, there was so much tension before the elections how did you expect people to diffuse it after we had seen(not told!!) with our own eyes on live tv that mwai kibaki had stolen the presidency........you guys in the name of the police decided to ban all peaceful protests (those protests were all designed and expected to be peaceful but the police must have had instructions to provoke the protesters), you barricaded uhuru park where we were going to mourn for the loss of our victory .....of course your superiority did not allow you to see the pain that the masses felt -and so when people decided to channel their anger to pnu friendly people it shocked you...why?…….you did not see this coming? i will not pretend that i was shocked i think to a certain level it was expected.

i am yet to hear of the precise words ruto and friends told people to go kill their kikuyu neighbours because i am in ODM and haven't heard any of my leaders telling any one to go murder anyone-i will stand by my party-since all i have heard is their call for us to do our things in a peaceful manner so that we do not weaken the fight for our cause.

NAIROBI (Reuters) - A Kenyan policeman caught on camera apparently shooting two protesters in a western town pleaded not guilty to murder on Friday.

Constable Edward Kirui is accused of killing George William Onyango and Ishmael Chacha during political demonstrations on Jan. 16 in Kisumu, an opposition stronghold.

"I am not guilty," Kirui told Judge Muga Apondi as the two murder charges were read to him at a Nairobi court.

A police investigation identified Kirui from TV footage of a policeman firing his assault rifle at the two youths, who were in a group that taunted and earlier threw rocks at officers.

After he fired, the footage showed the officer walking to the men and kicking one of them as he tried to stand up.

The images drew condemnation from the opposition and human rights groups, which said the incident was an example of police brutality employed to quell the protests.

The prosecution said it would call 30 witnesses.

More than 1,000 people have been killed following ethnic clashes that began as protests against the re-election of President Mwai Kibaki on Dec. 27. The violence worsened into politically tinged ethnic killings.

Kibaki and Raila to meet Friday evening

Bandit president Mwizi Kibaki and People's president Raila Odinga will meet this evening at Harambee House to unlock the talks. Reeling from the no-nonsense approach that the US has slapped a travel ban on Kibaki, the PNU thief is ready to cede some substantial ground. This comes after Raila was advised by some diplomatic friends to beat PNU to the tape and show a commitment to melt down from the demands earlier placed at the Annan mediation table. Having gone public on this yesterday, he beat PNU to the cue and left them misjudging his tactical move. It is reported that ODM has a well-scripted riot act and the rules don't change much because the inputs of the security, diplomatic, legal and political brains were put together in a working blue-print complete with step-by-step agreements to be signed before the mediators.

Raila Odinga told a Press Conference Thursday evening that his party was willing "to give as much as it takes in the talks."" We are no longer insisting that President Kibaki steps down we have moved further into looking for common ground," Raila explained. This stance initially sent shivers to his supporters but when word began to filter through of the intricate dealing, all those concerned gave it a thumbs-up. Raila is reputed as an astute mobiliser, brilliant negotiator and network wizard whose friends spread all over the world from Naigeria to the UK and US. It is known that the ODM diplomat-in-chief Dr Sally Kosgei is a former classmate and good friend of both Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice

Agwambo is not a fool,
Far from that, by saying that ODM is willing to compromise he is simply playing to the international community which has called for a spirit of compromise by all sides. Kibaki and his bunch of nyagau hardliners will now have no choice, but to also compromise or be seen as being the stumbling blocks to the negotiations and guess who will be the final beneficiary!

Just consider carefully what ODM is compromising on (allegations of rigging) and what Kibaki will be compromising on (executive power) and therein lays the true winner, Agwambo.

(Recasts, adds quotes, details)

By C. Bryson Hull and Duncan Miriri

NAIROBI, Feb 8 (Reuters) - A top Kenyan government negotiator said on Friday he was certain mediation efforts to end a deadly election dispute would bear fruit in days.

Riots and ethnic attacks have killed more than 1,000 people and uprooted 300,000 more since the Dec. 27 polls, shattering Kenya's image as a stable business, tourism and transport hub.

"It is not complete yet, but the progress is excellent. (We expect to finish) early next week," Mutula Kilonzo, a member of the government's negotiating team, said without elaborating.

Former U.N. chief Kofi Annan is leading the attempts to bring the country's feuding parties together. He said on Friday that the talks could not afford to fail -- and Kilonzo agreed.

"We cannot afford our people using bows and arrows, people being pulled out of buses to be asked 'which language do you speak?' and then being chopped," Kilonzo said.

"We'll not allow that so I am 1,000 percent confident we are going to bring the country a solution to the present situation."

Negotiators for President Mwai Kibaki and opposition leader Raila Odinga have quickly agreed on principles to end violence and help refugees, but remain stuck on the issue of who won the election and what should happen next.

Foreign ministers from the regional IGAD bloc threw their weight behind Annan on Friday, rejecting opposition charges they were visiting Kenya to launch separate talks to undermine him.

Speaking on behalf of his colleagues, Ethiopian Foreign Minister Seyoum Mesfin said Annan had been called in by the African Union, and the whole continent recognised its authority. "Proliferation of initiatives have not helped anywhere," he said.

IGAD member nations have had bad experiences on the receiving end of multiple peace initiatives, he said, referring to Somalia, Sudan and the Ethiopia-Eritrea border conflict.

"KEEP THE PRESSURE"

Kenya holds IGAD's rotating chairmanship and has built up goodwill in the bloc for its regional peace efforts.

In addition to hundreds of deaths, the turmoil in Kenya has uprooted 300,000 people, many living in squalid conditions and fearful of returning home.

To assess the situation, the U.N. Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, John Holmes, flew into the country on Friday for a three-day trip.

"I think what we are looking for is to keep the pressure on all sides," Holmes told reporters. On Saturday he was due to visit Rift Valley towns hit by tribal clashes.

Both sides have accused each other of rigging the December vote -- allegations that triggered unrest laying bare deep divisions over land, wealth and power that date from colonial rule and have since been stoked by politicians.

Annan, who was due to brief Kibaki and Odinga later on Friday, told BBC radio he was not ready to contemplate failure.

"I'm not ready to give up now ... We cannot afford to fail, he said, noting signs of compromise on both sides.

"They will have to shift. They will shift." (For special coverage from Reuters on Kenya's crisis see: http ://africa.reuters.com/elections/kenya/) (Additional reporting by Peter Graff in London) (Writing by Daniel Wallis; Editing by Andrew Cawthorne)

KIKUYU HATERS AND NOT BRITISH, AMERICAN HATERS. Moi ruled this country for 24 years with an iron fist but no one hated Kalenjins AND lUO`S " Oyugi i understand was fucking Kikuyu women in the ass" As a tribe we only had issues with Moi himself. One good thing about him was that he was extremely wise and money giving to lure the culprits. He never touted a tribal hate campaign "But Biwott" unlike the members of ODM (Okuyu Demolition movement)who are spreading tribal propaganda.
Why not direct your hate to Indians who are practicing gross economic apartheid and have dual citizenship? Raila is not a leader but i like the fact that he is a multi billioneer noise maker who shakes the hell out of Kibaki when they get drunk.

Let us NOT be so excited before we know the content of the agreement.

Any agreement that leaves out the need for a new constitution which will facilitate devolution and strngthen the country's instituions is a HUGE WAIST of all the blood and pain that Kenyans have suffered

your statement 'why do you not practice your hate at Indians who practice economic apartheid and have dual citizenship':
1.most such indians are 3rd and
4th generation kenyans; just as we refer to blacks in the US as African Americans 'Indians' ought to be refered to 'Indian Africans' or 'Indo African';
2.just as all kikuyus or all luos do not have the sames values - all Indian Africans do not have the same values - some Indian Africans (like some Kikuyus and Luos) see themselves as Africans, some do not; some are rich some are poor; some are interested in making money and also giving back to society - why else would one for instance build Agakhan hospitals and Agakhan schools and continue to propose and build such institutions?
3. are you suggesting no kikuyu or luo practices economic apartheid - the whole kenyan economy is made of very few rich persons paying very little to their employees etc- and everyone knows this is the cause of today's problems and everyone knows who caused this problem - it's peaceful in Havana today and everyone has food to eat and has free medical care...
4. are you suggesting no kikuyu, luo has dual citizenship...??!?
5.targeting Indian African is not going to eliminate kenyan poverty - Uganda tried this; Tanzania tried this
6. more or less the whole world has accepted the market economy - encourage investment and enterprises to create jobs and wealth, and then redistribute this by raising taxes and eliminating corruption and spend on such activities as: building roads, durable homes, security, creating more jobs; cheap or free health and education etc
7. in a globalized economy investments, professionals, goodwill, aid, and expertise flows to those countries that have security, peace, good infrastructure, good governence, good human rights records, and institutions that rewards persons based on merit and not solely on race or tribe
8. if a country cannot provide security, and inalienable rights continuously to all communities people look elsewhere - which is why Indian Africans look elsewhere and which is why there are 5000+ Kenyan refugees in Uganda and Tanzania today.
9. Moi in his book on Nyayo said persons of all races are wellcome to live in Kenya but must remember Kenya is an African country with it's own values
10. ODM has indicated one of its proposals is to try to bring in dual citizenship - Kenya will be the prime beneficiary of this.

RAILA IS A STATESMAN and Kibaki is not.

That is the difference.

The man knows that there are bigger things in Kenya's future for him.

If he delivers constitutional change; I will be flying back home next elections to vote for him (Raila).

AS A KENYAN LIVING IN DIASPORA IN THE USA, I WILL NEVER VOTE AGAIN FOR THIS OLD KANU CROOKS AND MORONS. KIBAKI AND RAILA SHARE THE SAME BED IN STATE HOUSE AND THAT`S WHY LUCY IS ALWAYS ANGRY AND SLAPPING.

I`M FLYING BACK TO KENYA TO BE THE NEXT PRESIDENT COME 2012.

speaking of alfred mutua isn't that office a waste of taxpayers money? the man says nothing of substance.....and what is the work of the ministers if they have to relay information to that character? if they cannot communicate clearly what their ministries are doing then they have no business being in the cabinet.

do you know all that nonsense that guy says and puts in papers is funded by your taxes?
i hereby take this opportunity to protest against any further wastage of my hard earned money to fund this nonsense any body with me?

well...i wonder what the hullabaloo is with the visa bans......maina kiai(i love that man God bless his soul) said these things immediately after the ill-fated announcement by mr 'i dont know'.............for those who listened to one of those mutoko shows, maina was a regular there during the first days of kenyas descent into anarchy, he said kibaki's government is not only illegitimate but that it is also illegal and he called upon the international community to revoke visas and deny new applicants hailing from the 'politically correct' families so that if kenya burns they burn with us-of course everybody dismissed him then but had they known that travel bans were the means to save kenya they would have done it sooner and we could very well have saved ourselves a lot of this agony and heartache-see how fast compromises were made with the threats of the travel bans.

its a good thing those idps chased him away from the camps otherwise he would still be stuck in kenya trying to talk to these people and his brilliant suggestions would have been wasted. its a good thing he's in washington now fighting the good fight.

that maina kiai should be knighted by the queen of england(if its possible) and awarded a nobel peace prize. nobel peace prize givers please take note of this guy......i have nominated him for one-he certainly deserves it.

The other day, I relayed to you information that Nakuru and Naivasha were in the radar of attach from government agents supported by mungiki. Today, I bring you the inside story.

In a meeting chaired by John Michuki, various leaders from Central Province were tasked with responsibility of hitting back at the Luo community everywhere in Kenya . To Michuki and team, it is the Luo who have caused the Country to rebel against the Kikuyu colonial yoke.

In the Meeting, Chris Kirubi, Kabage Karanja, Joe Wanjui, Eddy Njoroge and Muhoho, Uhuru Kenyatta and George Thou were tasked to raise enough money to arm the Kikuyu in the event that the Luo retaliate.

George Saitoti was prevailed upon to avail military vehicles and bring out the GSU if things go out of hand. The GSU are to provide uniforms and arms to mungiki, and give them cover as they attack.

Maina Kamanda and Uhuru Kenyatta were told to buy more pangas since what they had already bought was deemed not to be sufficient. It is on record that Uhuru bought all the pangas at Nakumatt Ngong Road .

George Thuo and Linus Gitahi were to avail buses and vans to transport the mungiki and the arms to various parts of the country. To this end, George Thuo availed the following buses that took the first batch of warriors to Naivasha and Nakuru for the current mayhem;
KAY 658D, KAY 285E, KAE 126A, KAY 847L, KAY 194R, and KBA 219W.

The warriors were transported in these buses and the Nation vans from Nanyuki to their areas of operation.

As Kenyans who believe that the current planned killing of innocent Kenyans will not ensure victory for Kibaki, we are asking all Kenyans to come up and be each other’s keeper.

The church, and especially, Cardinal Njue, is in the mix of all this, and this is why he is not condemning Kibaki for the killings, but instead, tending to blame ODM for raising the issue of their victory that Kibaki stole.

The current mayhem, if left unchecked, will destroy the Kikuyu and all that they have worked for in Kenya . It is the Kikuyu who will loose and loose big. The Kikuyu cannot wedge a war against all Kenyans. The idea of attacking the Luo is misplaced, for we all know how ruthless the Luo are when provoked.

It is the Kikuyu property that will be destroyed, and all Kikuyus will be chased from all over Kenya . They cannot all fit into Central Province .

We must hence stop this senseless war being orchestrated by Michuki, Uhuru, Thuo, Gitahi, Saitoti, Karume and all those egocentric Kikuyus.

The Kikuyu must rise up against Kibaki, for it is Kibaki who has brought all this on our people. Had Raila been given his win, we could have been still as happily staying at all our various stations.
