The most convenient place to start your budget Masai Mara Safari from is in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya. Actually you can arrange to go straight from the airport to your safari.

4 Days Masai Mara Safari
The safari is 4 days and 2nights in Masai Mara & 1night
in Lake Nakuru. It is a group camping safari with accommodation for 2 nights in
a budget tented camp in Maasai Mara and 1 night accommodation in a budget 2
star hotel in Lake Nakuru town. All meals are included while on safari.
Day
1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara
Pick up from your hotel or airport. After safari briefing at
our offices, depart at 08:15hrs for Masai Mara and drive north ascending the
Great Rift Valley for a breathtaking views and photography.
The Rift Valley was formed millions of years ago. Stretching some 5,000 miles
from Jordan to Mozambique, it’s the largest Rift on Earth. Descend the
escarpment and drive to Narok-town where you will stop for early hot-lunch.
Proceed to Masai Mara after lunch arriving in good time to your camp. After
checking-into your camp, freshen-up then go for an introductory game viewing
drive. Masai Mara is famous for its black manned lions and yearly migration of
wildebeests and the big-five.
Dinner and overnight stay at Miti Mingi Eco camp
Day
2: Full Day in Maasai Mara
After breakfast, go for a full day of game viewing-drive across the rich
savannah grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great
herds of plain game, black-manned lions, leopard and cheetah but also contains
numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found here in the
Mara. Picnic lunches will be served at the Hippo pools and dinner and overnight
at either.Dinner and overnight stay at Miti Mingi Eco camp
Day 3: Maasai Mara/Lake Nakuru
You will have a pre-morning game drive and then depart after breakfast for
Lake Nakuru with game drive enroute to Lake Nakuru with Picnic lunch enroute.
You are going to arrive Nakuru in the early evening to check in the hotel and
have dinner and overnight at the golden palace hotel.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Nairobi
After breakfast proceed for a game drive to Lake Nakuru which is world
renowned for its masses of flamingos and is often referred to as the "Pink
Lake". Beside birds, it is possible to see small game like Water Buck,
impala, rhino and buffalo in the gardens surrounding. After lunch depart to
Nairobi arriving around 4/5pm in the evening.
