Kenya’s Foreign Policy: Strengthening Regional Leadership in East Africa

Kenya has cemented itself as a regional leader in East Africa, playing a key role in peacebuilding, trade, and diplomacy. From mediating conflicts in South Sudan to leading the fight against terrorism in Somalia, Kenya’s foreign policy emphasizes stability and regional integration.
