Tanzania Election Results: Expected Outcome
Based on recent developments, the results of the Tanzanian elections are very predictable. John Pombe Magufuli of CCM the incumbent has given many signals that tell us what the result of his contest with Chadema's Tundu Lissu will be. What is wrong with Presidential elections that involve an incumbent in Africa?
