Where is Raila Odinga?
The loud silence of Raila Odinga is becoming increasingly worrying to Kenyans even as members of parliament continue to vote against the will of the people on the floor of the house. And the bigger question is what impact will Raila's waning popularity have on the looming referendum and even 2022 politics?
