SGR2 Loan: Why China Changed Her MInd
Whatever State house says, it is clear that at some point China changed its' mind about financing SGR2. This is very strange because as the country involved in launching the first phase of the SGR right from the feasibility study, one would have expected Beijing to bend over backwards to ensure the completion and success of the SGR project in Kenya. So... what really went wrong?
