Why has Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee party announced its' very unexpected presidential candidate for the next elections so early? And why Fred Matiangi? Why are all other major politicians and political parties announcing the coalitions and other plans so very early in the game? What do they know that Kenyans don't yet know?
