How Ruto secretly used spies in the security sector to outfox Uhuru and Raila In August 2022: The inside story

Most Kenyans were not aware of it, but the appointment of the new director of public prosecutions Noordin Haji to be Ruto's first National Intelligence Services Director General was very significant for anybody following up on clues to answer many disturbing questions concerning what exactly happened last August during the mysterious Presidential elections.

Most Kenyans were not aware of it, but the appointment of the new director of public prosecutions Noordin Haji to be Ruto's first National Intelligence
Services Director General was very significant for anybody following up on clues to answer many disturbing questions concerning what exactly happened last August during the mysterious Presidential elections.

It is in fact a very important part of the jigsaw puzzle. But we need to start this story at the very beginning
and build it up slowly so that we totally understand
that why this was the most significant appointment

And let us start this story with the drama, albeit a tragic one, that unfolded in the country called Kenya on the 21st September 2013. For those who are not good with dates, that was the day of the Westgate Mall attack where are Al shabaab operatives reigned
havoc at that shopping mall with heavy casualties and indeed this tragedy touched many other parts of the
world.
Trapped inside the Westgate Mall as the terror attack unfolded was a man called Noordin Haji who at the time worked for the National Intelligence service.

The story goes that Noordin placed a call to his brother Abdul who is the current Senator of Garissa and who is trained on how to use a firearm and how to protect oneself while using the same. Let me just leave it at that. It is said that Abdul at that time was
at the Yaya Center but drove at high speed towards Westgate Mall. At the end of the day, he had not only rescued his brother Noordin, but he had also rescued a lot of other people, including women and children
during this particular terror attack.
But let us dig a little deeper into this Westgate manenos because I believe it'll help us understand
this man called Noordin and where he's coming from.

The father of Noordin, the late Yusuf Haji had been the defense minister of Kenya up to March that same year. March 2013. This attack happened in September 2013... There is something here many have missed but is key and a very major revelation...

Even as the critical Mpesa payment system as well as several government services were down, or suffered major disruptions throughout the day causing great concern amongst Kenyans, a government cabinet secretary has made remarks that have resulted in even more alarm and suspicion that the country's key facilities may indeed be under some sort of cyber attack.

Eliud Owalo, Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Information, Communication, and Digital Economy was quoted as saying the e-Citizen platform (one of the key government departments affected) has indeed been hacked. This has had the immediate impact of affecting visa services to those coming to Kenya. The foreign ministry has already issued a statement advising those coming into the country to expect the visas at the point of entry into Kenya.

"Yes, there was a hack on the eCitizen platform, and we are working to fix it. They attempted to jam the system by sending it more unusual queries. No data has, however, been accessed or misplaced, according to Owalo, who spoke earlier today to Spice FM.

John Jomo succeeded in his prayers to the court and Justice Jairus Ngaah issued an injunction prohibiting the agency from requiring Jomo Kenyatta junior to surrender his pistol without first going through the laid down legal process. But how will the Ruto government respond? Here are a few possible "crazy" scenarios.

Those who saw Hussein Mohamed during his distinguished career as a Citizen TV journalist may be excused for feeling pity for him watching his body language a few hours ago as he fielded a question about Raila's claim that President Ruto invited the Tanzanian president to Kenya to mediate talks between him and Raila Odinga, only to snub her. President Samia Suluhu Hassan then left the country after two nights at a Nairobi hotel waiting in vain.

Mohamed started off laughing nervously when the question was posed. He then followed it up with his shifty answer which hardly made sense.

In just a handful of days, what happened in Nyalenda, Kisumu recently has moved from being highly sensitive to the Ruto government to something being discussed openly. And surprisingly, the international media and community are suddenly leading the discussions and showing great concern.

Raila Odinga in a press conference with the international press in Nairobi yesterday even went on to use the phrase “ethnic cleansing” and made comparisons with similar happenings from the past from all over the world.
