Cyrus Jirongo was always a very controversial man and now the circumstances surrounding the early morning accident that ended his life are proving to be just as controversial as his legacy. The former Lugari Member of Parliament and chairman of YK 92 may just end up being more dangerous to the current administration, dead than when he was alive.
